I am a mystic and have studied and practiced a variety of spiritual systems. I am a retired holistic nursing professor. I have walked both the academic world of nursing and the world of mysticism with equal depth. I’ve created a bridge between the seen and unseen world that touches psyche, spirit, body, community, the cosmos, and ancestry. I am a follower of ancient pathways. Presently, I teach & practice a synthesis of shamanism and mindfulness meditation. I lead grief rituals, drumming groups, practice Cowry Shell Divination, drum circles, and drum and rattle making, home and land clearings, trauma integration, ancestral healing, aromatherapy, death & dying, and an entire curriculum for Mindfulness Meditation & shamanic practitioners. I am intrigued by, study, and make pilgrimages to study indigenous spiritual and health practices.
